BROOKLYN HEIGHTS APARTMENT RENOVATION
Renovated for the same family as our Garden Place Townhouse project, this Brooklyn Heights apartment blends inspiration from the building’s prewar structure with refined contemporary detailing, fitting for the exquisite art collection within. By rethinking circulation and opening up the floor plan, we were able to take full advantage of the apartment’s idyllic waterfront location, creating uninhibited views spanning from lower Manhattan to the Brooklyn Bridge to the Statue of Liberty. Low storage and benches along the windows add to the spacious feeling and create additional space to appreciate the view. In keeping with the open layout, the kitchen presents itself to the dining room with clean lines and thoughtful finishes.
